Why has my order not arrived yet?

Our regular production and delivery times are:

  • New Zealand: Please allow 2-7 working days to produce your order + estimated delivery time of 1-3 working days.
  • Australia: Please allow 2-7 working days to produce your order + estimated delivery time of 3-10 working days.

Please allow an extra day or 2 if being delivered to a rural address

Orders are sent via NZPost

 

If your order is late, it might be due to one of the following reasons:

 

Reprint:

It's possible that at one stage of our process we noticed something wrong with your product. This could be a speck of dirt, a spot of ink or some other imperfection. If this was near the final stages of packaging or dispatch then a reprint will have caused some delays. Reprints can add some days on to the turnaround time, but we're sure you’d rather wait for the perfect product.

 

Heavy production (e.g. around pre-Christmas season or after a deal expiry):

Another reason could be you ordered in a rush season of the year, e.g. just before Christmas or after a one day deal has expired. We really try to avoid this, but should your order be later than expected, it could also be due to a temporary production bottleneck.

 

In any case, if you are seriously worried and it has been over 3 weeks since you placed your order then contact us and we can find out what's going on. Please be assured that no order can get lost in our system.
