How do I copy and paste text into the software?

We advise customers if they are working with a lot of text to write it up in a programme like Word, this is so you can format/spell check everything as the software won't pick up any mistakes.

Once your text is ready to go, to copy and paste into the software you just need to copy the text, right click and press copy- then go to the software and to paste in the text, press down the 'Ctrl' Key, keep it held down and at the same time press the 'V' key, this will paste your work. If you are working on a Mac computer you do the same but instead of pressing 'Ctrl' press 'Command'
