Here are some tips to try...
- Please close any unused programs. IE: iTunes, mail skype etc... see if this helps.
- Download the desktop version of my-books software (rather than the online version)
- Try the Web version using Internet Explorer on PC / Safari on Mac (Chrome / Firefox etc are not recommended)
- Connect your computer to your modem via an Ethernet cable – and turn off wireless. This will give you the strongest possible connection.
