Cancellations

Please note that your order begins printing almost immediately to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Therefore, once you submit your order, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Reprint & Refund Policy

We pride ourselves on our quality and want you to be delighted with your purchase. If an item you ordered has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, we will reprint it for free or refund the purchase price.

We may require you to send us photos of the defect or return the product to us for inspection. We must receive reprint/refund requests within 14 days of the shipping date - please Contact Us

Please note that the colours in your product may differ slightly from what you saw on your computer screen, because all screens are different. Therefore, slight colour variations do not warrant a refund or reprint.

Because these are personalised creations, we cannot be responsible for customer errors such as misspellings, typos, grammatical mistakes, layout decisions, low-quality original photos, or incorrect size or product choice. We also cannot be responsible for damage caused by destructive treatment or normal wear and tear.

We recommend you save a copy of your project in case you want to modify or reorder it later.
