Script Errors

To resolve script error messages, follow the steps below. Make sure to have all windows and programs closed.

1. Open Internet Explorer and select the Tools (gear icon) menu.

2. Click on Internet Options.

3. Select the Advanced tab.

4. Click the Reset button (bottom of window).

5. Click the OK button to close Internet Options

6. Close Internet Explorer and then reopen Internet Explorer.

7. Select the Tools menu.

8. Click on Internet Options.

9. On the General tab under Browsing history, click on Settings.

10. On the Temporary Internet Files tab, click on View Files

11. Delete all contents in this folder, then close the window.

12. Close all Internet Explorer windows by clicking OK.
